Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible since we begin crafting your bespoke piece within a few days. Contact us at LumoBlue@gmail.com to initiate the cancellation process.

Ring Sizing
At LumoBlue, we’re dedicated to ensuring your ring fits perfectly. We have provided an informative blog post and sizing chart to guide you. To make the process even easier, we now offer a free ring sizer with every order. We’ll hold your order until you confirm that you’re happy with your size.
If you already have a ring that fits well, you can send it to us for accurate measurement. We also accept calliper readings of internal measurements and any ring gauges you’ve used. However, please note that we do not accept measurements from flexible ring sizers or adjustable multi-ring sizers, as these tend to be inaccurate.
If, despite these efforts, your ring still doesn’t fit perfectly, we can remake it for you at 45% of the original cost once the ring is returned to us. Please note that you will be responsible for the postage costs. Unfortunately, we cannot remake rings that have been engraved as these fall firmly into the bespoke category. In such cases, a new ring will need to be purchased.
Full refunds are only available if the ring is found to be defective.

Memorial Jewellery
Due to the bespoke nature of memorial jewellery, we have a no-return policy on all items made due to the nature of the contents. We encouraged you to carefully check all details, including ring size, before placing your order. Any leftover ashes are returned with the completed piece, ensuring that all parts of the original ashes sent are handled respectfully and securely​. Each piece is handcrafted, meaning minor colour variations may occur. You can specify your for colours, opals, ashes hidden or visible and engraving preferences through dropdown menus during the order process. The number of characters and specific fonts or icons available for engraving may vary by item and will be listed on each product page.

Bespoke Handmade Items
Please be aware that each item we sell is bespoke and meticulously handcrafted to your specifications, making it truly unique and special. We take pride in creating custom pieces tailored to your preferences. As a result, we request customers to double-check their provided measurements and choices before confirming the order, as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect sizes nor accommodate changes after the piece is made.

Returns Policy
At LumoBlue, we conduct a thorough inspection of our jewellery before dispatch. We cannot accept returns if the ring has been scratched or dented once it is in your possession. We ask you follow all guidance on our "Caring for your Jewellery" page.

Shipping Information
At LumoBlue, we aim to deliver your handmade jewellery as quickly as possible. All items are sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery, ensuring secure and reliable service. On average, it takes approximately 16 days to create your unique piece. If we're waiting on confirmation of your ring size, an additional week may be added to this timeframe.
Standard delivery typically takes 1-2 days once your jewellery is crafted, with the option for express shipping at checkout, within 7 days. Please note that Memorial Jewellery and Superconductor Jewellery require additional time due to the intricacy involved.
