Ring Sizing

At LumoBlue, we want to ensure your ring fits perfectly. To make the sizing process even easier, we now offer a free ring sizer with every order. This ring sizer is a 3mm-wide metal gauge that allows you to measure your ring size accurately.

How to Use the Ring Sizer

• Add the free ring sizer to your order at checkout. We’ll hold your order until you confirm your size.

• Once you receive the gauge, use it to measure your finger, and notify us when you’re happy with your size selection.

 

Sizing Options at Checkout

When placing your order, you can:

1. Request a free ring sizer to ensure an accurate fit.

2. Send us a ring that already fits well, and we will measure it for you.

3. Send calliper readings of the internal measurements of a ring.

4. Use your own ring gauge, if you have one.

Important: We do not accept flexible ring sizer measurements or adjustable multi-ring sizers, as these tend to be inaccurate.

 

Ring Sizing and Fit Guarantee

If, despite our best efforts, your ring still doesn’t fit, we offer a remake option at 45% of the original cost once the ring is returned to us. Please note that you are responsible for return postage costs.

Unfortunately, rings that have been engraved or customized are considered bespoke, and cannot be remade. A new ring would need to be purchased in this case.​
